Rosli Manaf, the CEO of Rhythm ICT Division, is a Computer Science graduate from The University of Wyoming, with an American Associate Degree from Indiana-Purdue University. He obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio University, and currently pursuing his PhD in Business Strategy & Policy (specialized in Knowledge Management) at Universiti Malaya. Rosli brings on board more than 18 years of experience in his ICT solutioning expertise, consulting and project management functional areas. He started his career in 1989 as a Research Analyst at The Wyoming Water Research in the United States and later joined Mesiniaga Bhd (IBM Malaysia Sole Agent) in 1990. Later in 1995 he joined a locally renowned ICT infrastructure engineering and consulting company, Symmetrix Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, as the CEO. From year 2002 to 2004 he served as an Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) consultant for Putrajaya Corporation, before joining Rhythm in April 2005. Throughout his career he has been managing and consulting several government’s mega ICT projects specially relating to the education industry, public utilities, oil & gas, administrative centers, and government ministries. Rosli is a dynamic person with a certain liking in taking up new challenges and always excels in his work even under extreme pressure. With his great passion and as the CEO of ICT Division, he is confident to steer Rhythm to greater heights that Rhythm will remain contributive in today’s competitive world of business.

Teoh June Chake , the Executive Director of Rhythm Technologies Sdn Bhd, holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree majoring in Physics and Statistics from the University of London, United Kingdom. He joined Rhythm Distributor Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Rhythm Consolidated Berhad in 1990. Prior to this appointment at Rhythm, he was the General Manager cum Partner of two distinguished companies that involved in the wholesaling of fast moving consumer goods. He is also currently a Board member of several subsidiary companies in the Rhythm Group.

SIMON PONG

Simon Pong , the Sales & Marketing Director of Rhythm Technologies Sdn Bhd, has a career that span more than 30 years focusing in both sales and marketing specialization. He had worked in several major world-renowned companies such as Nestle, L’Oreal and Avon. In the late 80’s he served as the National Sales Manager for one of the world’s largest cosmetic companies before being seconded as the Head of Marketing in charge of the hair-cosmetic division that responsible for research and development of the company’s new products. In 1995, he left the company to join the world’s largest direct-selling company, Avon Cosmetics, taking care of the new market and product development before forming his own partnership company that deals with electronic entertainment. He joined Rhythm in 2000 and has since been involved in several subsidiaries until his present position in Rhythm, overseeing the entire electronic payment and terminal businesses.

Tan Eng Bieu , the Operation Manager of Rhythm Technologies Sdn Bhd, joined Rhythm in 2005 as a System Engineer. Due to his exclusive service commitment and passion in the EDC terminal technical sphere, he had been promoted to his current managerial position in 2006 to oversee the entire operations and systems infrastructure of Rhythm business models. Tan holds a Degree in Information Technology from the Charles Stuart University of Australia. Prior to joining Rhythm, he was engaged as the System Engineer in an Adjusters Company in charge of the overall systems infrastructure, network management and systems administration. In Rhythm, he principally involved in the hands-on development of the mobile payment system solution with Eon Bank and Way Systems Inc technical team; and has obtained a vast experience in the EMV payment system platform during his personal involvement in the deployment exercises of Rhythm healthcare network and integration implementation with the several bank hosts.

RAMON CHRISTOPHER

Ramon Christopher, the Sales & Marketing Manager of Rhythm ICT Services Sdn Bhd, is a graduate from the National Computing Center (NCC), University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Rhythm in 2007, Ramon has more than 11 years of experience in the ICT industry specializing in the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems. He had greatly involved in several enterprise-sized projects, explicitly in the comprehension of clients’ requirements towards effective systems customization, operational testing, and user training. Collectively, Ramon had also accumulated fairly some 7 years of experience in the functional areas of consulting, managing, and implementing high-end ERP systems for various business-intensive processes and critical applications, principally in SAP, Microsoft Navision, Great Plains, and other first-tier software applications. He has successfully implemented various systems such as Warehouse Management System, Hotel Management System, Payroll Management System, Time Management System, Hospitality Management System, and other business applications for several high-profiled companies. With his technical personality dedicating himself to project planning, project management, system requirements study, and solutions design, Ramon is prepared to take up the challenge in developing well-built clients base for Rhythm ICT business to flourish.

CHAN KOK KEONG
Information Systems Manager
Rhythm ICT Services Sdn Bhd
Chan Kok Keong , the Information System Manager of Rhythm ICT Services Sdn Bhd, is a Computing and Information Systems graduate from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom. He has more than 6 years experience in the software engineering/design, and development implementation, ranging from client-server applications to web-based systems platform. Since joining Rhythm, he has contributed vastly to most of Rhythm’s key projects such as the IQ Loyalty Program, Penang Skill Development Center (PSDC) Campus Management System, Rhythm Franchising Program, Membership Management System, and a few other on-going internal and external projects. He also actively involved in managing the day-to-day systems-related operations for the Group’s core printing business as well as managing the Group's internal ICT requirements. His detailed-oriented personality has often guides his team to see the bigger picture in all project implementations. He believes in bringing the whole team together towards continuous personal and skills improvements.
